Instructions

1. Enter the information as per the instructions on the form.
Erase the instructions on the form before submitting the form.

2. Write your outline directly into the form. Erase any unused parts of the formatting and instructions.

3. Page formatting is automated for documents submitted online except for the following:
    Indent- automatic indent is not available on the form. Use the indent supplied.
        Alternatively, manually indent 4 spaces when necessary in the outline.
        Do NOT use the indent key, enter the indent as 4 spaces.
   Follow these rules should you have to add extra Main Points and/or sub-points into the form.
