Q. How do I get two books, such as the workbook and
textbook or a textbook and some other study
aid like a computer Bible or a Lexicon, side by side on the monitor so I can study them together?

side on your monitor,
follow these steps.
1. Go to the course
main page.
2. Click on the
Textbook.
3. When it comes up, hover
over the left edge of the window until you see a double-ended arrow.
4. When you see the
double-ended arrow then left-click and hold while dragging that edge of
the window toward the right
until it covers only the right-side of your monitor screen. Then
let go of it.
5. You should
be able to see the course main page on the left side of your screen.
6. Click anywhere on
it to bring it up full screen and then scroll down to the workbook link
and
click on it.
7. When it opens up,
then hover over the right side of that screen until you see a double-ended
arrow.
8. When you see
the double-ended arrow then left-click and hold while dragging that edge of
the window toward the left
until it covers only the left-side of your monitor screen. Then let
go of it.
9. Now you should
have both books side by side for studying.
Q. How do I get a workbook and/or a textbook
and a test side by side on the monitor so I can
take an open book test?
A. To get them side by
side on your monitor,
follow these steps.
1. Go to the course
main page.
2. Click on the
Textbook or workbook, whichever is appropriate.
3. When it comes up, hover
over the left edge of the window until you see a double-ended arrow.
4. When you see the
double-ended arrow then left-click and hold while dragging that edge of
the window toward the right
until it covers only the right-side of your monitor screen. Then
let go of it.
5. You should
be able to see the course main page on the left side of your screen.
6. If the test link
is on the course main page, then click anywhere on that page to bring it up full
screen and then scroll down to the
textbook link
and click on it.
If the test is in the workbook or
textbook, then click on that link to bring up the test.
7. When it opens up:
If the test is in a small window, then
move it to wherever you want it on the screen that is
not going to
cover up the textbook or workbook. You move the test by left clicking
and
holding on the
top bar of the test and then move it to wherever you want it and let go of it.
If the test is in a large window that is
covering the workbook/textbook window, then hover
over the right side of that
screen until you see a double-ended arrow.
8. When you see
the double-ended arrow then left-click and hold while dragging that edge of
the window toward the left
until it covers only the left-side of your monitor screen or so that
it covers none of the
textbook/workbook. Then let go of it.
9. Now you should
have both the test and the book side by side for studying.
Q. How do I make a window the size I
want it to be?
A. Hover over any side of the window until you get a double ended arrow and
hold.
Then move that side of the window left, right,
up, or down, whichever is appropriate
until it is the size you want.
