Research Paper Online and Email Submissions Form

It is preferred that you write your paper with proper formatting in a
word-processor and then attach the file to an email for submission.
Use this LINK to open an email with the Subject line already set
and then attach the word-processor file to it. Do not change
the Subject line of the email. If the email doesn't automatically
open when you click the link, then manually open and send an
email with the Subject line "Research Paper Submission"
without the quotation marks and attach the file to it.

The following online submissions form is just an alternative to email submission and
the student is encouraged to not use this form unless absolutely necessary.

Instructions for Alternate Submission via this form

1. Enter the information as per the instructions on the form.
Erase the instruction on the form before or after entering that particular information.

2. Write the paper directly into the form.

3. Formatting is not automated for documents submitted through online forms.
You must input formatting such as double spacing, indents, etc.
Caution: Do not use Tab key while composing- it will advance you to the next blank of the form.
Use 4 spaces in place of Tab to indent lines.

4. Follow the content, sources cited, quotations, and all other formatting requirements, other than page formatting, as per the Research Paper guidelines from the Purdue Owl website.

This form is to be used for submission of Research Paper only if you cannot send it as a word-processor file attached to an email.

Research Paper Online Submission Guidelines
1. Page formatting requirements must be used for documents submitted online
2. Indents, use 4 spaces, which you must supply while typing.
3. Do not use the tab key.
4. Double spacing is not required for online submissions.

Attention: DO NOT use nicknames.
Use only your legal name on all forms submitted to SLBC.
Your academic file and all degrees issued use the name
submitted on student's Application form.

Text of research paper starts here. Use proper formatting except for the following: Indents: Do NOT use tab key, this will advance you to the next field. Use four spaces as an indent. Double space between Paragraphs. This is accompleshed by hitting the enter key two (2) times. Spacing of lines of text: Spacing of lines of text is automated by form. Word wrap is on and text will be single spaced. Single spacing is allowed for online submissions through this form. Don't number pages in online form. If you do want page separations, hit enter 4 times to create a large space. Erase these instructions. You may want to wait and erase them after writing the paper and before submitting it. This will give you continued access to them while writing. You will be given a reminder box at the bottom of the page before submission is allowed.
